PHFC actively asks for gifts and grants to further our mission driven and innovative programs to care for at-risk children, youth and families in Alabama while providing healing and hope. Our primary consideration in the pursuit of charitable gifts is how they can benefit the individuals served by PHFC in the most ethical, accountable, and transparent manner.

Cash or Gift Cards
Cash or gift cards can be the quickest and easiest gift for supporting PHFC’s mission. However, we recommend not mailing cash or gift cards. Please contact our Development Office at (256) 362-8284 or info@phfc.org to arrange a delivery or pickup. We always enjoy having our donors visit!

Donate a Vehicle
Help share in the mission of the Home by donating your used car, truck, van, boat, or portable watercraft and receive a tax deduction. We are able to sell it through an online auction with no fees charged and 100% of the proceeds go back to the Home. And we can come to you to receive it! Estate Giving
PHFC accepts gifts made from a will or bequest, through IRAs or publicly traded stock, bonds, closely held stock, mutual funds or life insurance. After providing for loved ones, one final act of generosity is often made through a bequest in a donor’s will or living trust or as a beneficiary in a life insurance policy to provide enduring support for PHFC’s vital work. Real Estate
Real estate can provide unique gift opportunities for a donor whether it has increased or decreased in value. PHFC may accept gift of real estate, including houses, condominiums, commercial properties, farmland, vacant land and rental properties. PHFC welcomes grants and gifts from the corporate sector, whether a large corporation, a small local company or company-sponsored foundation.
